We are looking for a Category, Product Training, BOM & Pricing Head for a well reputed Retail client :

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategy Planning and P&L Ownership
• Drive Launches and necessary Category Led promotions, managing the monthly Calendars
• Lead research on category trends & competition for this category to make in-roads for sustained growth for present & future.
• Apt analytical skills. Exceeds in data crunching & data driven decisions.
• Improve customer experience, both pre-purchase and post purchase. Work on cross functional projects that improve metrics of customer experience
• Driving targeted gross margins by ensuring optimum product mix, pricing and consumer offers, ongoing improvement in assortment across the category, collections across price bands to provide targeted business results
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver top-line, bottom line and customer experience KRAs.
• Define KPIs, set goals, and ensure team efficiency towards achieving desired outputs
• Optimize pricing for key SKUs to increase sales with a strict view of bottom line as well.
• Ensure to remain price competitive through effective and efficient sourcing

Ensure to impart product training at store level Pan India
