THE POSITION
The person is responsible for successfully managing and overseeing key Go-To-Market & Commercial Operations projects for BI India by working closely in collaboration with cross-functional teams and applying the best practices of project management. The person is expected to ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget ensuring the companys standards throughout each projects development and execution.
This role requires effective collaboration with the regional as well as global stakeholders and work towards the execution of successful closure of projects.
The role also supports in preparing of project proposals, analyses and delivering insights, developing presentations, and facilitating projects meetings.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for overall ownership of strategic/key GTM projects and co-lead projects from concept through delivery delivering improved customer experience, sales force effectiveness & expanded market coverage & reach.
- Responsible for formulating & laying out the key GTM initiatives by working with cross functional teams. Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Responsible for implementation & identification of GTM opportunities.
- Preparing analyses and delivering insights, developing presentations, and facilitating strategic meetings.
- Lead/facilitate all project governance meetings.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree/Diploma on Commerce / Science / Tech graduate with Post Graduation in Business Management.
- 5-6 years of total working experience with some exposure (1-2 years) to Pharma industry or experience with consulting companies with good exposure and focus on serving pharma clients
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of India pharma market and life sciences industry.
- Experience in Commercial Operations / Go-to-market in Pharma Industry
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of Project management, business acumen & strategic thinking
- Analytical skills with quick learning capabilities
- Clarity in thought, result oriented, Willingness to learn new concepts/practices, Extremely collaborative and multi-tasker
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with executive presence and ability to work with senior executives
- Up to date knowledge of India pharma market and life sciences industry
- Demonstrate Project management and cross functional skills.
- Demonstrated experience in program management & projects implementation.
- Understanding of issues affecting multinational businesses in India.
- Strong ability to partner, develop and maintain positive, professional working relationships both internally and externally
- Basic IT Knowledge on MS Office applications
- Role is based in Mumbai
