We have an opening for a Manager - Learning & Development for our client in Thane/Mumbai.

Job Overview
The company is searching for a very professional and skilled Manager Learning & Development.
Your duties include enhancing the potential of employees by providing them with the required training. You will be developing training plans about the different roles in a company and assessing the outcomes of the training courses provided. You will also ensure the quality of work and skills through the training. You will be making our employees ready to tackle any challenges that their role puts forth.
Responsibilities:
Identifying the need for training and accordingly, arranging training materials and developing training programs.
Coordinating with different departments to Analyze which departments need training and designing the training strategy accordingly.
Managing the expenses of training sessions.
Reporting the effectiveness of the training sessions.
Planning for different pieces of online and offline training and applying new developmental methods.
Conducting different online orientation setups.
Troubleshooting any specific problem and briefing employees about it.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Training and Development Manager, Technical Training Manager, or a similar role.
Proficient in using MS Office Tools.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
Familiarity with modern training methods.
Confidence to conduct workshops and sessions.
Ability to develop training manuals.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time.
Exceptional leadership skills.
