Job Description
We have an urgent opening for a Sr. Executive-Accounts & Finance at our Birla Edutech Limited(Birla Open Minds Education Ltd). Visithttps://www.birlaopenminds.com/to know more about our company.
Responsibilities:
- Making error-free MIS reports for entities and presenting to management on a regular basis
- Maintaining cash flow in the entities allocated and suggest cost control measures
- Process salaries after receiving from HR and transferring it to employees accounts
- Deduction and monthly payment and filing of TDS, PF, PT, Service Tax, GST,etc.
- Daily liaisoning with Banks for preparing & updating daily bank balances, arranging funds by transferring the funds / co-ordinating with superiors for the arrangement of required funds
- Co-ordination with bankers, vendors, other departments for timely execution of tasks
- Conducting statutory audits - IT & GST Audits
- Preparation of cheque and accounting in Tally Accepting bills/purchase orders from various depts. and entering in Tally after verification
- Verification & accounting of invoices, bills, monthly debit notes, etc
- Passing entries in Tally
- Handling petty cash
- GSTR1 GSTR2B GSTR3B experience is a must.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Possess a Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Hands-on Tally ERP 9 experience and MS Excel knowledge
- Handling end-to-end processes independently
- Must possess knowledge of various taxes applicable
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Computer Literate
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards and attention to detail
