Position: Customer Care Executive ( Voice Process )

Qualification: UG or Above


Shift: Day Shift ( Rotational Day ) 


Days: 6 Days working
benefits: Shuttles &  Incentives.
Salary: 1. 6 to 3 Lakhs.


Interview: HR Round & Ops Round. 

Skills: Good English & Hindi speaking. 

Roles & Responsibility: 

1. Calling the customers. 

2. Resolving the customer queries overcall on different concerns they are having. 

3. Ensure Customer satisfaction is important. 

4. Meeting the expectations.
