Job Title:Quality Control - API plant Head
Designation: Asst. Manager to Manager

Division: API Bulk Drug
Department: Quality Control
Location: Chennai Location (Alathur)
Qualification: MSc (Full time)
Years of Experience: 8to 12 Years from the API division only.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to maintain QC lab clean and tidy.

   Responsible to procure chemicals and reagents required for laboratory.

   Responsible to follow safety in workplace and wear appropriate PPE s during handling of chemicals.

   Responsible to plan stability studies monitoring and execution.

   Review of Specification, standard testing procedures and QC related SOPs.

   Responsible for all QC instruments maintenance, calibration and validation.

   Responsible to review working standards qualifications of raw material, impurity standard and finished product.

   Responsible for work allocation of QC analysis to the analyst.

   Responsible to assign access privileges to users in computerized systems and maintenance of authorized user list as per SOP.

   Responsible to act as a validation committee member and review protocols, Analysis test report and related document, execution of analytical test method validations.

2. Qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) and Calibration of GC instruments.

3. Planning and Documentation of Analyst Qualification.
4. Troubleshooting of sophisticated analytical instruments like GC, HPLC.
