We are currently seeking a Resource Management Analyst to join our team in GGN, Haryna (IN-HR), India (IN).
Will be responsible for end to end fulfillment including including demand-supply matching, allocation, tracking and monitoring progress of fulfillment opened with other sourcing channels Will have to interact with delivery managers to understand resource requirement Will have to interact with resources for explaining project roles & responsibilities Triage Resource Requests and follow up with initiators to get Resource Requests corrected to achieve approval. Review demand when it is received for accuracy and completeness Drive Resource Request closure by hosting meetings and making phone calls to initiators and fulfillment teams to keep things moving. Personally review candidates and resumes to make decisions about their suitability for the position. Locate employees who match the skill requirements and negotiate their availability to do the job Be informed of sourcing challenges for demand that the sourcing channels are struggling to find qualified candidates Orchestrate employee and external candidate interviews and work with account teams to get feedback. Facilitate candidate on boarding and employee relocation that can include: managing visa issues, facilitating salary negotiations, making travel arrangements and communicating reimbursement policies. Implement standard procedures to handle recurring activities such as monitoring employee assignment end dates. Deal with escalations and complaints from all people in the Demand & Supply cycle of resource fulfillment. This could require time spent researching an escalated issue or preparing some kind of historic report to present to management Interface with the delivery management teams based out of NA region on a regular basis Maintain data integrity in NTT tools by generating multiple reports and analyzing the results to find missing and wrong data that impacts report results. Write detailed Comments in each of the open Resource Requests to indicate key status info during its life cycle. This could include the name of the person filling the position, or the reason the request has been cancelled. Involvement to Respond to RFPs: provide market rates to help with rate cards search for available skills within the Company locate proactive resumes for proposal responses Coordinate with various departments such as Recruitment, Training & Development, HR, Immigration and Employee relations in the course of resource fulfillment Utilization monitoring- tracking, non-billability analysis and resulting actions Onsite Bench - Compilation of employees aspirations and feedback on various employees Forecast compilation and skill gap analysis Career and Succession planning of Employees The person has to be very familiar with an internal tools of NTT. The complex tools requires special training to learn the comprehensive talent acquisition suite of modules including: account maintenance, resource request fulfillment, external resource search and on boarding, and employee allocation and assignment tracking. These tools are used many hours of every business day, so it is critical to have extensive knowledge of the tool. Requisite training would be provided on these tools. 3-5 years of Global Resource Management experience in IT industry working with North America Clients in EST shifts Good verbal and written communication skills Competent in using MS-Excel Work Timings: US EST hours 8 am to 6 pm (Monday-Friday) from NTT office location in GGN/BLR Company would provide one way transport in the night.
