Required Skill Set
  • Graduate with min 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Solutions Sales/ Account Management role with excellent customer handling skills & in a corporate environment in a customer facing role.
  • Good understanding on Enterprise network solution, Cisco network and security including switches, routers / AP / UC / DC solutions / comprehensive WAN solutions / Security
  • Should be able to identify opportunities for networking and IT security requirement sizing
  • Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Possess skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner, self-motivated with a results-driven approach and passion for sales
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Candidates open to travel/field sales, having a 2 wheeler. 60% of the job requires travel to meet corporate clients and generate business
  • Should be able to manage daily work load, organize and prioritize goals

Job Description / Responsibilities
Role Requirement
  • A competent Business Development, Sales or Account Management personnel with 3-5 years of field sales experience in a customer facing role with a strong understanding of customer IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, lead generation and meetings with customers and product presentations.
  • Must be able to build CDSPL's network, collaboration and security BU
  • Candidate should have an excellent track record of selling Enterprise Networking products such as Routing, Switching Wi-Fi, WAN, Network Security products and Network Data center products, in domestic Indian market.
  • Will be responsible for handling sales and manage existing and future business customers
  • Will be responsible for entire Account Management and drive customer satisfaction and be the single point of contact for the customers IT requirements
  • Should have exposure to consultative selling approaches
  • Collaboration with focused OEM's and get potential leads
  • Must have a firm hold over payments and bills receivable's
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation & persuasion skills
  • Streamline and adhere to processes and systems and provide inputs to Management on maximizing business relationships and creating a positive customer service environment
  • Meet monthly revenue targets and close new business deals by coordinating the requirements, negotiating contracts and integrating partner needs with business operations
