Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and self-driven Executive Director to join our core team! As an Executive Director, you will be the one planning, implementing and overseeing our company's daily operations. As this function is crucial for the success of our business, we want you to have a strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success .

Executive Director duties and responsibilities

Make decisions for operational activities
Set and measure strategic operational goals and KPIs
Plan, implement and manage the overall long-term business success strategy
Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations
Supervise, train and oversee staff from different departments
Provide constructive feedback
Organize customer support to enhance customer satisfaction
