Job Description

Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on-roll team of 6 -10 sales managers in the Bancassurance Channel.
Has to handle 10 - 12 Branches of a Bank.
Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Banca team.
Building a good relationship with Bank's Cluster Head, Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target.
