Job Description
We are looking for Field Recruiter for a Fortune 500 company. The details are as follows:

PURPOSE OF ROLE
The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for customers and colleagues. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with client sales teams to maximize performance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of RXG clients and its employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritize own workload, with minimal supervision, often working independently.
- Previous Experience as a recruiter is mandatory, including resourcing and direct search
- Build candidate pool/bench strength ensuring minimum onboarding per month against open positions.
- Sourcing talents through diverse channels, maintaining daily recruitment tracker and salary negotiation offer processing.
- Mass recruitment of field executives, work experience and Experience in IT and consumer recruitment would be preferred.
- Attend weekly recruiting meetings with managers to discuss progress and update on what the market is showing
- Besides English an additional functional South Regional language (Ability to speak) would be preferred.
- Work with recruiters and coordinators to deliver a top tier candidate experience
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
It is a full time role and WORK FROM OFFICE (Hybrid System).
