Job Description
StaffingEnd To end Recruitment, Sourcing Candidates from various sources andconducting interviews, tests and other assessments. Develops relationships with ITI and
educational institutes to attract quality resources and participates in conducting on site tests
and recruitment activities.
Induction-Assigning employee code and Conducting Induction for new joinee.
Admin Work- Keep check on Vendor like (House keeping, Electrician,Plumber and
stationary personnel and Coordinate with supervisors for any requirement.
Bank account opening of new joinee,
Training- Facilitates in internal and external training, preparing training calendar with the
support of HR Head.
Performance Management- Setting key results Areas for employees and conducting
employee appraisal process with the help of HR Head.
Payroll-Maintaining attendance and leave system, updating payroll data in software.
Employee Engagement-Conducting various activities for the refreshment of Employees.
Facilitates in the development and maintenance of HR manuals, processes, forms, guidelines
etc.
Complete Documentation and updating HR software (HROne).
