Candidate Specifications( for B2B Inside Sales):
Must be a graduate. If undergraduate is really good then we can hire him/her on special approval basis.
Should have B2B inside sales experience with hands on experience of entire sales cycle.
Excellent written and oral communication and English skills.
Preferable industries are IT, HR Space / Consulting , Media, Solution Selling, Consultants, BFSI, Telecom, Dot Com etc.
An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
Should have experience in Market Research and generation own leads
Willing to do 50-60 calls in a day.
Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing sales deals ( complete sales cycle ) over the phone
Should have experience in chasing revenue targets.
