Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Analyzing customer needs and providing them with necessary requirements.
You will be the Sales point of contact for all existing and potential enquiries of customers for all kind of events.
Discuss and plan the scope of the wedding event, including the time, location, and cost
Offering creative ideas, themes and inspirations (based on your own experience as well as their own requirements).
Creating wedding event proposals which fit client requirements and presenting proposals
Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for wedding events.
Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venue
Planning event aspects, such as venue, seating, dining, guest lists and others.
Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary.
Deal with any difficulties that occur before, during, and after the event, making sure things go smoothly.
Coordinating event entertainment, including music, performers, and guest speakers
Staying under budget while planning event specifications.
To manage a portfolio of existing clients to encourage, repeat new business and in line
Prepare checklist for all activities and ensure completion for same.
Building good relationships with the client so you can see the planning and vision from their perspective.
Issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reports
Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organising vendors
Monitor all on site production activities and manage cleaning process for site
Preparing daily reports and other reports and sending to the reporting manager.
Planning multiple events and multiple meetings at once
Monitoring all wedding-day activities to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Very good experience in field of wedding decoration
Pitching the innovative ideas related to decoration
