Job Description
Responsible for all human resource activities for the company such as recruitment , Payroll, Training & development , employee relations, Security, and General Administration Affairs.HR
Source and assist line managers in recruiting the candidates giving a best job profile fit.
Organize induction and support new recruits to settle in their jobs faster and effectively
Training for relevant employees with the process
Manage the compensation / increment /promotion process/ PMS annually.
Liaise with other functional / departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
Develop policies and procedures to build a productive and fun work culture.
IR
Develop harmonious relations with the employees.
In association with the plant Head, develop norms to maintain discipline and optimize productivity.
Pers. Admn. (Time office related activities )
Implement personnel policies, procedures ( leaves, work practices etc ) which are employee and organization friendly.
Manage the employee attendance and payroll process.
Create and maintain the employee database and personal files.
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Responsible for transport / Canteen / Safety / House-keeping / Garden.
Liaison with various government bodies and meet the statutory requirements ( Contract labor licenses, Factory licenses, MPCB, etc)
