We are currently seeking a Transition Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
The NTT DATA Services Transition Management Project Coordinator is responsible for successfully executing the coordination of transition activities. This position will work closely with the Transition Manager to ensure the project remains on track accordingly to scope, timeline, deliverables, processes, etc.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Schedules internal and external meetings
• Scribes meeting notes and distributes them accordingly
• Implements customer projects, tracking activities, milestones, and staff requirements
• Provides status reports on overall project summary, work in progress, executive support, etc.
• Controls expenditures within limitations of the project budget and report major discrepancies to Program Manager or Project Manager to ensure that customer requirements are met
• Prepares interim and completion project reports
• Recommends and drives the analysis and solutions of problems
• Monitors and controls the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in control
• Interfaces and communicates with project team and management
• Enforces the defined governance processes

Qualification:

• Requires 5+ years of Project Management coordination experience
• Direct experience working with various IT infrastructure teams (Service Desk, Field Services, Services Management, Desktop Engineering, Asset Management, Windows, UNIX, LAN/WAN, Firewall, Storage/SAN technologies, etc.)
• Expertise with MS Office suite (Excel macros and pivot tables)
• 3+ years in a large corporate IT environment, working on medium to highly complex projects
• Excellent communication skills (English verbal and written).
• Strong team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
• Conflict management experience
