General Summary
Responsible for Maintaining Equipment in tip top Condition. It includes setting and executing PM schedules, breakdown maintenance, setting up new machinery / new lines, keeping track of engineering spares. Equipment Upgrades from time to time.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with SAP based Maintenance ERP System
• Planning & Executing Preventive Maintenance Program
• Planning & Executing the Spare Parts Program
• Closing Breakdown Calls efficiently and maintaining Maximum Machine Uptime
• Conduct RCAs/FMEAs regularly to understand gaps in the system
• Propose Improvements to improve MTBF & MTTR
• Controlling Maintenance Costs (labor + Materials)
• Propose Profit Improvement Projects
• Budget Control & Reduce maintenance Costs
• Update Management Dashboards
• Project Management
• Maintain Employee Training Program
• Conduct Employee Appraisals and feedback to manager
• Following all the safety norms and ensuring no norms are violated in any process.
• Maintaining 5S standards of the highest level.

Diploma in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
Associate's in related curriculum such as
Bachelor's in related curriculum such as Engineering
Master's in related curriculum such as
w/ Diploma in Electrical Engg with12-15Years of Related Experience at least 5 years in Fiber Optics Cable MFG.
w/ BE/B-Tech Electrical Engineer with 8-10Years of Related Experience at least 5 years in Fiber Optics Cable MFG.

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Capable of working in Shifts & SAP literate
2. Analytical skills MTBF/MTTR/FMEA/RCA/Pareto Charts/CBM etc.
3. Maintenance Budgeting
4. Capable of using the PDCA cycle and the DMAIC process
5. Sound Knowledge of Electrical Control Systems, Mechanical Systems and Control Platforms
6. Sound Knowledge of Utility Equipment & Power Systems
7. Project Management skills and involved in Equipment Upgrades
8. Should have knowledge of local and international service/spares providers
9. Excellent written & Verbal communication Skills
10. Knowledge of latest Analytical tools Like Power BI/Tableau etc.
