Job Description:- Review, edit and modify the copy from the content team, nutritionists, digital marketing, and social media team as required.
- Editing, proofreading, and formatting social media copies, blogs, recipes, booklets, and website content.
- Refine external and internal communication documents
- Proofread and enhance incoming content from the PR team
- Proofread LCHHS, YC, and YCL newsletters.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and fact-checking skills
- Editing articles written by CEO
- Website corrections (case to case basis)
- Proofreading testimonials that go up on the website
- Editing and formatting booklets or pdf files as per requirement
- Create highly shareable content when required
- Ability to give constructive feedback
- Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines
- Edit high-engagement content that reflects the brand's voice.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, PR, and various cross-functional teams to develop a variety of content marketing materials as per the calendar.
- Ensure error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
- Attention to detail
- Adhere to best writing and editing practices
- Proven work experience as a Content Editor
- Portfolio of published work
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research
- A background in nutrition would be a plus. The candidate has to have a communications or related background.
- Strong interpersonal skills
