Source Candidates from Database

Taking ownership of the assigned work.

Understanding the Job Description, discussing the job description with client for submitting apt cv's

Scrutinizing CVs as per Job Description from Job Boards like Naukri, Timesjobs and Social Networking Sites.

Posting ads on job portals.

Has passion to speak over handphone

Knowledge of using social media tools.

Preparing the JD.

Innovative approach to speak to candidates.

Desired Profile:

Passionate of talking to people over the phone.
