Job Description

TEAM HANDLING EXPERIENCE - 10/15 agents.

Handling Sales Calls from US Customers.
Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
Sell / cross sell travel related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance , Packages etc)
Meeting monthly performance metrics/ sales target.
Skills Required-
Must have 3 year + experience as an Team Leader - US travel Process (Voice)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Flexible to work in any shifts (24X7)
Should be able to chase target
Candidate with Amadeus & Sabre - GDS knowledge will be given preference.
