Role : Responsible for end to end recruitment Effective Utilization of various sourcing channels such as Naukri, Monster, Social Media, LinkedIn and Candidate Referral. Source candidates through various recruitment channels viz. job Portals, referral, LinkedIn, and through other networking sites. Quick turnaround of quality resumes within the specified time limits and identifying the right candidate. Telephonic HR screening of the candidates as per the given Job Description. Provide timely feedback to the candidates and build strong rapport with the candidate Post selection Follow up with offered candidates till they join
