Senior System Administrator responsibilities include supervising our Operations team, monitoring system performance and configuring new software and hardware.
To be successful in this role, one should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems and ITES Process Automation and Maintenance. Desirable candidate should have ITIL Certification. Any Certification on Networking (CCNA ) would be added an advantage
Ultimately, one should have to ensure our software, hardware, servers and networks run smoothly.

Install and configure software and hardware
Manage network and technology tools
Set up accounts and workstations
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Ensure security through firewalls and updates
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows and Ubuntu)
Requirements, Online Support.
Bachelor or Masters in IT with proven min 2 years of experience as a System Administrator,
Any certification on networking (CCNA) or ITIL will be an added advantage.
