JOB DESCRIPTION
General Summary
This is an Entry level analyst position to provide support for telecommunications services and mobile telecommunications services across the global network, and support projects and financial accountability for IT Infrastructure. Resolve telecommunications issues directly if possible, advancing as necessary for more complex issues. To use the ERP, VIM, VeraSmart and other systems to support telecom. The analyst will work as a member of a team and have general responsibility across all functions of the team.Overview

• Issuing Cellphones, Provide service through service now.
• Handle expenses associated with Telecom services either data circuit or telecom circuit as company is looking for additional transparency.
• To run cellular expenses globally & also review erects for IT category.
• Build internal orders in SAP, Responsible for material transfer, Working with Infrastructure project Managers.
• Is able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
• Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment. and seeks opportunities to learn when facing change and new challenges.
• Understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow, knows what to measure and how to measure it.
• Can see opportunities for alignment and integration where others can't & also simplify complex processes.
• open to analyze both successes and failures for clues to improvement.
• Experiments and will try anything to find solutions, enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks & quickly grasps the essence and the underlying structure of anything.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers can Apply.
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills to facilitate interactions with users, vendors, accounting, finance and other collaborators.
• Have good customer service.
• Understanding of Finance & Accounting.
• Ability to use Microsoft Products.
• Ability to work with Team or Individually.
