Experience: 8 to 12 years of accounting experience in Manufacturing industry

Job location: Doddaballapura industrial area, Bangalore

Salary: 8 to 10 lacs pa

Qualification: MCom, CA Inter, CA, ICWA, ICWA inter

Job Description:
1.Senior Accounts Manager who will grow to next level within the organisation.
2.Candidate should be have atleast 6 years experience in a manufacturing company involved in exports.
1.Most important is a very transparent and trusted person who will be my right hand to develop Indian Operations.
2. As wee are growing transfer pricing is a focus area and he should be qualified and experienced in this. Preferably with an MNC Manufacturing company exporting products to European Union countries (It is best if it is Denmark )
3.Develop a Finance dept that will Handle all financial requirements of Indian Operation and finalise Monthly report by 4 th of every month.
4.Support Denmark in handling DK salary, help for daily work in account, doc center, clearance of purchasing orders, etc.
1.Productions orders on tools.
2.Establishing KPI for Indian operations.
3.Making sure we are in compliance with all departmentslike Income tax,Companies Act, RBI, Factories Act, Pollution etc
4.Legal handling of works force.
5.Legal handling of IT.
6.Insurance handling.
