We are currently seeking a Network Support Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Network Support Analyst to join our team in India.
Maintain stable operation of the customer's network infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of production systems and applications.
Candidate skills must include:

• Undergraduate degree and 3+ years relevant network troubleshooting experience in an enterprise environment experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Knowledge of network performance, network administration and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of network related hardware and software (including routers, switches, TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPNs, etc.).
• Understanding of security issues and implications to network solutions.
• IPAM management knowledge.
• Familiar with the following platforms.
  • Cisco Routers and switches
  • Cisco Nexus
  • Cisco / Meraki wireless systems
• CCNA certification is a must
• CCNP certification or superior desired
• Knowledge of cloud base network solutions desired
• Knowledge of F5 load balancing technologies desired
• Experience working in IT Outsourcing and Managed Services organization

Candidates must be able to carry out complex network support duties including:

• Testing, maintenance and analysis of all elements of the network facilities.
• Maintain SLA metrics.
• Advise on security issues and implications to network solutions
• Overcome obstacles and drive work efforts to successful completion, achieving the intended result without any adverse impact to the production environment
• Contribute to projects to improve product support, customer satisfaction and team efficiency

Candidates should possess the following traits / abilities:

• Self-directed
• Show Initiative to propose new ideas for network automation and orchestration
• Lead on assignments and share knowledge with other peers
