We have urgent opening for our Client in South Delhi " Project executive"

Role/Designation Project Executive
Role Defination Project Associate is one who is responsible for all documentation related to all
projects and tenders to ensure that his/her team can complete all projects and
tenders on time.
Responsibility Deliverable 1. Tender Shortlisting and Comprative Preparation
2. Preparation of Technical Documents
3. Filling and record keeping
4. Letter writing and communication
5. Taking Quotations and authorization from vendors including Price discovery
Multitasking Roles 1. Be the coordinator for the team, help in remaining the team to complete and
update their tasks on time.
2. Take care of New Vendor Development
3. Take care of all files and Purchase Orders
Tasks and Activities Tender Shortlisting and Comprative Preparation
Read and drive accurate information from the tenders searched online. Shortlisting
the tenders based on the criteria given by the managment. This job also entails
preparing the comprative sheet for the shortlisted tenders.
Preparation of Technical Documents
Preparing all the documents for the tenders, inclusiding Technical, Commercial
Qualification as well as Compiling all technical datasheets for the offered
products/services.
Preparing all technical/Commerical communications with the client.
Compiling datasheets and designe documents for client approval
Filling and record keeping
Maintain the physical/Virtual file for each project.
Should be adept at making and maintaining the indexes for running projects
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Letter writing and communication
All communication to the client will be drafted and sent after review from CEO
Ensure proper english writing and Letter formating
All communication with our Vendors including taking quotations
Oppurtunity for Growth Develop design skills and Execution knowledge to grow into the role of Design
Engineer or Project Engineer.
After completing bidding for 50 tenders and execution of 10 projects, you can start
learning Project design or Project execution as per your skill and preference.
Measurement Metrics # No. of Tenders bid per month
# No. of Project files maintained
# Scores attained in Weekly EM including Checklist and FMS Scores
Qualification Graduate in Electrical Engineering
Additional Qualification Certification in English Writing
Experience 0-3 years
Age 22-28
Gender Female preferable
CTC PA (in lacs) 2.38
CTC PM (in thousands) 19.9
