• TL Non- Financial Transactions
• TL Financial Transactions
• TL GIB Account Opening

Skill Set

• Product /Process / Compliance knowledge of NRI Account opening & banking transactions ( Financial & Non- Financial ), Financial and Non -Financial Banking transactions by resident Indian customers
• Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks.
• Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.

Operations

• Nil Operations loss
• Uninterrupted Operations - Effective backups for all desks
• Ensure adherence to process & documentation standards (e.g. forms/checklists, welcome calling, approvals, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product / Process / Program /OSD to ensure desks are well equipped to operate FTR and is compliant
• Design applicable reconciliation programs to eliminate operational misses
• Maintain strict vigilance on the quality of forms and documentation provided
