What will you contribute
  • Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a technical job discipline
  • Performs standard technical assignments (e.g. bug fixes, database set up and maintenance, issue tracking) and develops deeper understanding of technical concepts
  • Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
  • Receives technical guidance and direction from more senior level roles
  • Entry level to a technical professional career progression
    Functional Knowledge
  • Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a technical job discipline typically gained through university education or equivalent experience
  • Has some exposure to current technologies through course work or internship settings

  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience

  • No supervisory responsibilities accountable for developing technical contribution and resolving assigned issues

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
  • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own technical job discipline and working knowledge of other related technical job disciplines
  • As a seasoned technical professional, solves a range of complex problems in a creative way, exercising judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance
  • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project may have some accountability for capacity planning
  • Roles at this level may be increasingly client facing also acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • Read and understand requirement & solution documents
  • Prepare & Review Test cases, Test scenarios
  • Test Execution, Defect reporting, Defect Analysis & Tracking till closure
  • Simulation & Triage of issues raised by customers
  • Address functional queries from various stakeholders
  • Follow testing plan/schedule & adhere to quality processes
  • Should be able to provide production support whenever needed.
  • Experience in testing of software applications/packages in banking domain.
  • Expertise in loan would be an added advantage.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Knowledge of JIRA & TFS.
  • Knowledge of testing processes & activities.
  • Experience in testing APIs and working knowledge of Postman.
  • Exposure to client support
  • Good communication skills verbal & written
  • Required Experience: 5-8 years

Required Experience:
  • Experience in testing of software applications/packages in banking domain.
  • Expertise in loan would be an added advantage.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Knowledge of JIRA & TFS.
  • Knowledge of testing processes & activities.
  • Experience in testing APIs and working knowledge of Postman.
  • Exposure to client support
  • Good communication skills verbal & written

Required Experience: 8-10 years
