Job Description

Finance, Accounts & Operations-
Key functional areas are - lead the entire F & A operations, financial management, P&L management and
finalization of accounts, audit.
Provide leadership, direction and manage the functions of Finance, Accounts, HR, Procurement and Admin
departments. Drive company's long-term business and financial plans
Manage and oversee - budgeting, forecasting, reporting, business planning & analysis, interpret financial
information and provide recommendations for further course of actions. Ensure bottom line is maintained.
Analyse and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner to the company's founders,
executives, and officers.
Ensure the group is compliant with all statutory filing requirements like ROC/TAX/GST/RBI/STPI/HMRC/
SARS/ACRA , corporate secretarial, direct and indirect tax matters.
Collaborate with Chairman & Executive Director in formulating expansion and growth strategies, pricing & profitability
strategies, digital expansion plans, investment plans, investors relationship & communications, due
diligence, fund raising activities, term sheet validation and etc.
Design, implement best practices and monitor internal controls and procedures , process improvements etc..
Streamline operational processes to improve productivity and profitability.
Formulate investment strategies after considering cash, liquidity, risks and external conditions.
Restructure entity structure keeping long term strategy in perspective and to avail tax and other benefits.
Cash flow & fund management with treasury functions - Liaison with Banks for fund and non-fund based limits at a favourable terms and foreign exchange conversion margins.
Introduce project specific timesheet - for monitoring and better utilization of resources and cost control.
Manage relationships with STPI/ RBI/GST/Income tax authorities. Representation before ITO and CIT Appeal
relating to assessment and appeal matters, departmental audits and inquiries relating to Income tax/Service
tax/GST etc.
Responsible for Tender/Bid document validation and submission, service delivery contract/MOU drafting &
validation for the entire group.
Analyse and interpret the AR & AP aging report for corrective actions. Initiate discussion with the customer to
analyse and resolve payment issues.
