Developing & executing effective sales plans and assure achievement of agreed Volume, NSV,Market share and Profit
objectives
Managing sales & marketing operations; implementing sales promotional activities as a part of product launch, brand
building and market development effort
Analyzing market trends, tracking competitor's activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and
fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies
Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper marketpenetration and reach
Monitoring and motivating dealer performance and implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and
accomplishment of targets
Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities & take corrective actions
Leading, training, Motivating & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations andmeeting of individual & group targets
