Senior Software Test Engineer @ Abishar Technologies

Job Description

Technical Skills:
Min 5 -8 years of IT experience
Experience in web application and device test automation using Selenium, Postman, Jira Fitness or any equivalent tool/s.
Working experience like agile tools like rally.
Hands on building Automation Strategy and Framework, developing automation test scripts using automation tools.
Understand software internals, debug problems using log files, and write Manual/automated tests.
Hands-on experience on testing workflow based applications with keen attention to integration between various systems.
Experience in executing the Non-Functional Test Plan (based on Customer Requirements) e.g. Load / Performance / Security / Scalability / Regression / User Acceptance etc.
Experience in developing/ Maintaining Test Data
Exposure to performance testing is an added advantage.
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
Awareness of Agile methodologies, experience of having worked in Agile projects and usage of tools like Agile manager(AGM)
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills:
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
