Urgent opening for Marketing Manager in Power Batteries Industry @ Zirakpur locationExperience - 10 Years in Marketing
Salary - 50,000 to 60,000 per month
Qualification - MBA Marketing
JOB Profile
Sales & Marketing
Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts.
Preparing sales plans, coordinating and facilitating the company's customer service standards to accomplish new acquisition, primary and secondary targets.
Ensure Market Visibility of the brand.
In shop & out shop merchandising at Channel points.
Branding activities and Product DEMO through canopy activity, moving van campaign and MLP (Mechanic Loyalty Program).
Channel & Distribution Management
Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners keeping terms clearly defined, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach for sales.
Creating and developing distribution levels to make it cost effective for present times and leaving scope for future addition of new entrants.
Ensuring distribution frequency of coverage / personal visit as per company.
Identifying and developing new sales channel, exploring unconventional distribution opportunities and managing tie-ups with local chains.
To make new Distributors and handle Distribution Sales also responsible for Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Sales of Distributors
Customer Relationship Management
Mapping the requirement of channel & providing best products and services for achieving profitability growth.
Team Management
Supervising a team of sales representatives, distributors & communicating effectively to avoid obstacles.
Establishing attitude for organizational commitment thereby creating a healthy work culture and ensuring smooth operations.
Conducting weekly meetings with team and dealers as well, to keep tab on growth and target achievement.
