Role:- Customer Care Executive
Location: chhattarpur (mehrauli), new delhi- 1100030
Gender- female
Role and Responsibility:-You will be employed as a Customer Care Executive.
- Attending online queries through websites and developing sales leads.
- Attending IVR Calls and providing information required.
- Develop good open communication and rapport with all clients.
- Client handling, maintain records (Vendor support and management)
- Targeting new markets and increasing sales through proactive sale and negotiation techniques.
- Taking inbound and outbound calls to educate the customer about the company`s product. Facilitated in increasing the sales over a given time
- Engaging with the management team to strategise and define goals for the sales representatives.
- Team Handling, if required.
- Responds to customer inquiries for information.
