Job Responsibility:

1 Years experience into BPO.
Has worked as a process trainer and product trainer.
Should know the tools to save training attrition
Should be aware of POWER POINT and excel
Prepare Training Calendar and Working plan
TNI based Refreshers
Coordinating Calibrations sessions with Client and Internal Quality and Operations team.
Have experience in OJT, TTT, TNI, TNA
Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Monitor employee performance & train accordingly
Refresher training

Candidate Profile:

*Candidate with Good/Exellent Communication in English
*Candidate should have worked as a Process Trainer in
*Previous/Current job role on papers.
*Qualification : Graduation
*Should be Confident and Optimistic.
