Job description -
1) 1 year plus work experience in end to end recruitment
2) Should have experience using Job portals
3) Should have used job portals extensively
4) Excellent Negotiation skills
5) Superb communication skills both written and oral
Job description :-
Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, short listing candidates and scheduling interviews
Understanding the nature and importance of the requirement given by the client via telephonic discussions
Sourcing resumes through various channels such as Job Portals (Naukri.com, Shine.com Monsterindia.com), References, Database, etc. as per the client requirements.
Providing clients with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame.
Providing proper Counseling and guidance to Shortlisted candidates before interview.
