Greetings From Tech Mahindra ! We are hiring for International Voice Process. Someone who has worked in Customer Service & Tech Support Immediate Joinings Only. Only Customer Service & Tech Support Experienced Candidates are applicable .( NO Freshers) Job Location: Hyderabad Education Qualification & Desired Candidate Profile: BTech / BE / BCA /BSC-IT BA / BCOM / BSC / BBA / MA / MCOM / MSC / IHM / BHM / BBA / BA / BCOM / BSC. Graduates and Under Graduates . All 12th Pass / Graduates or Masters with excellent communication skills in English Or 12th Pass with international BPO - Voice Experience can also apply. Also Candidates with Hotel Management Degree and Hospitality or Aviation background can be given first preference. Experience: All Graduates excellent communication skills in English OR 12th Pass with Minimum 6 months of Technical Support Calling Experience / 12 months of Customer Support Experience Voice Process(Calling - Process). Shift Timings: Rotational shift including night shift - Excellent communication skills. - Good Analytical and Interpretation skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service. - Knowledge on Computers & ISP/Technical knowledge Note - This is not a Walk-In Drive hence Ping in WATSAPP - 7655992*** for the Virtual interview appointment / Date and timing*** Hr Recruiter 7655992***
