Designation:- Sales Manager

Department :- Agency Channel

Qualification:- Graduation

Experience:- Experience of 1 years in BFSI sales.

Salary:- up to 5 lac's pa

Location :- Thane

Responsibilities and Duties

* SM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team && generating
business from them.
* Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
* Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA
certification.
* Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's
targets.
* Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their
productivity and set new targets.
