We are urgently hiring for Manager - Operations, Birla Open Minds, Churchgate - Mumbai as per the below requirement:-Designation: Manager Operations
Qualification: MBA Finance/ Operations
Experience: 7 to 10 years in school management and finance

Job description:
Finance:
To ensure the positive financial health of the school through strict vigilance on expenses
To make strategies on effective cost-cutting at the school while maintaining the highest level of quality as per brand norms
To prepare weekly/ monthly financial MIS and share the same with HOD
Marketing/ Branding:
To assist in planning marketing strategies at local levels with the HO marketing team and implement the same as per timelines
Plan and implement events at school for brand building in the locality
Administration / Operations:
To ensure that highest standards of hygiene are always maintained at the school
To ensure that all SOPs/ Policies are followed strictly by all departments
To coordinate with local vendors/ HO specified vendors for procurement of all material as per requirement
To coordinate with all departments at HO for smooth functioning at the school
To oversee the transportation system at the school and ensure all compliances are met as per district/ state level
To take charge of all non academic aspects of school like maintenance, etc to meet the brand quality at all times
To assist the Principal in the recruitment of academic and non-academic staff by issuing letters as per brand protocol in conjunction with the HR team at HO
Admissions:
To meet the target number of admissions as set by HO
To be present at the school to address all queries of parents/ staff as and when required
Other Mobility:
Must be able to use MS Office applications Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel to a competent standard
- Unique marketing strategies
- Senior position with people reporting to him
Note - We would prefer candidates who have prior experience in the education industry only.
