Job Description

1. Generating leads from calling.
2. Counseling through Data Calling, e-mail and prospective students walk-in.
3. Handling queries over telephone and walk-ins.
4. Converting leads into admissions.
5. Maintain Daily Reports Properly.
6. Converting Leads into Walk in.
7. Achieve Target Given.
8. Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
9. Guide students on sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.
10. Counsel the students and guide them with the right career options.
11. Convert the Walk-ins into admissions for the education courses we provide.
12. Handling outbound calls/Inbound calls to explain about the products/courses.
13. Ensure to meet the sales/ revenue targets set for the branch.
14. Making calls to the cold leads on a regular basis.
