We are currently seeking a Business Partner Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Provides a day to day support to HR policies programs and processes by providing quality real-time solutions to employing queries and request
Applies working knowledge and understanding of internal HR policies planning benefits compensation employment into relations payroll training and human resource information system to assist employees
Ensures all employee information is accurately entered and maintained within HRIS and correct errors when needed
Provide HRIS system support in the form of making changes inputting information and running data reports audit and correct system to employee data issues
Escalates more complex employer manager situations to senior level HR team members
Complete process related to documenting HR activities such as new hire change of state of pharmacy valuations benefits on boarding terminations etc
