Desired profile:
  • We preferably look for candidates with solid sales experience. No direct sales rather sales on call.
  • Cold calling, Telesales, Telemarketing, Software sales, Educational consultant, upselling, cross selling, Customer support cum sales.
  • Experience 1 Year to 7 Year.
  • CTC Best in the industry.
What will a day in the life look like for a BDE:

  1. You will be working on a schedule with start time of 10:00 AM,whereas your shift will end between 7:00 - 7:15 PM.
  2. We work alternate Saturdays.
  3. A typical day will require 60 to 70 connected calls.
  4. Our customers are parents of children between the Age of 2-14.
  5. A typical call will last 2-4 minutes where you will understand the customer expectation from Magic Crate, convey the product features, benefits & convince them to make the purchase.
  6. Your day will be a mix of talking to customers, following up on past customer orders for tracking & checking on reports.
  7. You will be expected to make 4-5 subscription sales per day.
Note:- Hindi Speaking Freshers Can also Apply.
