Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Acquisition of Premium Partners/ Franchise
2. Responsible for revenue generation, business development & relationship management of franchise/ partner.
3. Drive shifting of KYCs/ New Clients Acquisition with the help of OBE.
4. Responsible for Monthly & Yearly target KYCs, Revenue & Cross selling of products like MF, Insurance, PMS, etc.
5. Conduct business events/HNI clients meetings, along with Premium Partners / franchise to maintain relations & increase revenue.
6. Providing Advisory services to Premium Partners/ franchise.
7. Ensure the best practices are being followed at all times in all the premium partners offices
8. Compliance monitoring as per requirement of the requirement of the compliance department.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience of acquisition of franchise in broking domain
• Good knowledge of equity/commodity/ currency
• Good geographical knowledge of the area
• Willing to work in Individual role
• Has zeal and passion for achieving target
