JD: Good Knowledge in Performance tools Loadrunner , StormRunner or any other tools.
Good understanding of software development methodologies and quality processes.
Good understanding of object oriented programming, design and debugging skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Must demonstrate clear abilities to lead and mentor a team.
Need to be excellent team player.
To be able to work with US team, Scrum Master and Analyst team/lead for clarifications, conducting walkthrough, attending defect triage meetings etc.
