Job Description
As an Engineering lead in this team, you will engage and drive engineering teams to support customers and developers compute applications and workloads thus realizing the full value of the Intel XPU portfolio through oneAPI software
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing and driving a group of engineers across locations
Building and maintaining technical relationships with engineering teams worldwide Identifying problem areas in project and applying out of the box thinking to enact change.
Collaboration with key internal and external partner teams to meet set KPIs and SLAs Leading at a torrid pace and hands-on problem solving Provide architectural and Technical guidance, and ensure sound engineering practices are followed
The ideal candidate will have the following skills in addition to the qualifications below,
Strong hands-on experience and background in Software Engineering,
Agile software development, Technical Support and Project management Understanding of current software technologies and methodologies e.g.
compilers, runtimes, cloud native, distributed systems, CI/CD, progressive release,
DevOps/SRE Communication and influencing skills, including presenting to executive management teams, customer execs and technical teams, influencing teams in a global, matrixed organization.
Interpersonal skills build networks with senior stakeholders and customers.
Manage the ambiguity associated with executing programs in a fast paced and vibrant business.
High levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm with clear accountability Ability to communicate with and present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Self-starter, self-motivator, highly adaptable and a great role model to the teamMinimum Qualifications: M.S.
degrees in an engineering discipline, Computer Science strongly preferred.
