Project Manager - Bengaluru/Bangalore - Harman @ HARMAN

Role and Responsibility

• Work on time constrained vehicle programs where you will be responsible for project management activities like Planning, Execution, RISK Management and Conflict Management

• Motivate and inspire a high performance diverse teams leading towards high quality innovative solutions

• Support cross functional teams in finalizing requirements and deploying product strategies

• Participate, guide and contribute technical discussions and solutions

• Work with sub-groups within program and organization including interfacing with HR, Finance, Quality, Recruiting etc.

Demonstrated Experience

• At least 5 years experience of leading teams to deliver software intensive complex onboard automotive applications/systems

• Must have worked as SW Programmer in the initial phase of his/her career

• Should be well versed in object oriented concepts including programming languages such as C/C++

• Working knowledge of LINUX operating systems

• Previous experience with version control management, ALM tools such as JIRA, GITLab

• Detailed working knowledge of Agile scrum methodologies and continuous S/W integration are essential

• Familiarity with ASIL, ISO26262 ASPICE, AutoSAR standards

• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certifications is desirable

• Excellent communication skills, including technical writing and business presentations
