We are hiring candidates for Technical International Chat Process for SECTOR-127, NOIDA.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Excellent Communication Skills - ENGLISH (Vocabulary & Grammar).
- Excellent Logical Reasoning.
- Expertise in handling customer queries & resolving at the same time.
- Must have good typing speed so that he/she can manage 2-3 chat windows at the same time.
- Must be a good listener and have excellent soft skills.
- Must have the willingness to learn and adapt as per client's requirement.
- Sales experience will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working in 24 X 7 environment.
- Must have a go-getter attitude & problem-solving skill.
- Good technical knowledge is required (Network, LAN, How to trace an IP Address, Router, Modem etc.).
Shift Timings - US Shifts / Rotational Shifts.
Qualification Any Graduate with Minimum 6 months of experience can apply.
Experience Required 6 Months 2 Years.
Work Experience -
- Fresher -- <12 months - Associate
- 12 months to 23 Months - Associate
- 24 & more months Exp - Sr. Associate
Desired Profile :
- Any candidate who has experience with International Clients/Process shall be eligible to apply. (Gaming Chat Experience/ Technical Service Desk Experience / Technical Help Desk Experience with International Clients will be preferred/ Any International BPO experience).
- Technical Graduates shall be preferred || Any Graduate with similar experience and skillset shall be preferred.
- Age shall be less than 45 Years.
NOTE :- Please ensure that you are fluent in ENGLISH Language - Both Spoken & Written.

PANDEMIC CRITERION Double Dose Vaccinated.
Work From Office - Must be comfortable working from office.
Interview Rounds :
Initial HR Screening
- Recruiter Screening as per the JD
- Typing Test min 35-40 WPM and 90% accuracy
Training Round: Skill Check
- Chat round (Basis Generic Customer Service Scenario).
Ops Round:
- Competency Based Interview with Operations.
- HR / Offer discussion: if selected Documentation, Offer etc.
Additional Information-
- Shifts 24/7 and 5/7 days Working Project with 2 Split Week off.
- Working on Holidays / weekends as per business requirements.
- Transport will be Governed by Tech M BPS policy.
- Night Shift Allowance applicable i.e. 50 per Night Shift.
