Job Specification:

• Only Females candidates will get call.
• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Experience: 1+ years from warehouse operations/ MBA Freshers from Operation / SCM
• Age: 20 - 32 yrs
• Location: Indore
• Reporting: Team Lead.
• Flexible to working in rotational Shifts.
• CTC: Best in industry

Job Profile:

• Preparing and sharing reports in excel
• Work along with the team to get the desired results.
• Handle day to day operations in timely manner.
• Streamlining operations with the available resource.
• Ensuring TAT requirements are met as per laid down standards.
• Ensure adherence to the company policies and guide educate the team.
• Demonstrated abilities in leading & motivating large teams.

Essential :

Candidate must possess 1years+ of experience in warehouse management in a large warehouse setup. Familiar with Local language.

Operational competencies required:

• MIS (Able to understand and publish the report in desired formats)

Behavioral competencies required:

• Team work (Ability to work with individuals to achieve team objective).
• Self-Confidence & willingness to learn (Able to explore self & set targets for individual development to achieve high performance standards.

Desired candidates:

Only Females candidates preferred- MBA (Fresher) from Operations/Logistics with good communication skills.

or

Experience from Warehouse operations preferably inbound /outbound logistics.

Should have good communication skills

Team management exp.

good in excel.

Flexible to working in rotational Shifts 24/7*365 Days.
