Work with the business and development teams to plan, manage and implement various Performance Engineering related tasks.

Business / Client Engagement (e.g. Marketing, Consulting)
Working with Application team, project managers and stakeholders to understand their requirement on different projects and set up Load Test scenarios.

People Engagement (e.g. Hiring, Training etc.)
Support in Training resources

Administrative / Compliance (e.g. Documentation, Quality etc.)
Ensure Proper documentation of various Testlab procedures for system and application testing.
Ensure strict adherence to ISMS responsibilities and policies as laid out by Allianz Technology
