Profile of candidate:

Prior Job Experience Health insurance sales for preferably 3-5+ years of experience
Should have orientation & knowledge of current health Insurance market trends
Proficiency in English language

Role will include:

Recruiting health IMDs across channels; Retail Brokers, Health Agents
Driving sales through existing and new IMDs
Coordination with different departments like Underwriting, IT & Ops teams for sales query
resolutions
Conducting trainings for sales team/ IMDs on products and processes
Managing promotional activities like R&R programs for IMDs / sale teams.
