SAP Instructional Designer @ Macrohire

Job Description

Seeking an Instructional Designer / eLearning Design Consultant. This position requires a passionate self-starter who can juggle concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, and contribute to conceptual discussions and decisions. The ideal candidate will have eLearning, Web design and content development skills, thrive working in both a team environment as well as independently, and the ability to set timelines and estimate the work required to complete a task.

Skilled in Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Lectora, and/or other eLearning authoring tools

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles
• Strong creative writing and storyboarding skills
• Adobe Authorware, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
• Knowledge of streaming audio and video
• Preferred but not required skills include Internet protocol knowledge - http, SMTP; Cross- browser HTML and JavaScript, XML; DreamWeaver, CSS
